Yes. FREC does not allow real estate licensees to be affiliated with more than one brokerage. To join Mint Refer and begin making referrals, Mint Refer must be your affiliated brokerage.

Yes! Just be sure we have your current mailing address on file, and to keep it updated with your the Florida Real Estate Commission.

First of all, congrats! Passing the Florida real estate exam is no easy feat. To maintain your license, you will need to complete 45 hours (60 hours for Broker Associates) of post licensing education during your initial renewal period. Log in to your DBPR account at www.MyFloridaLicense.com to see when your renewal period ends, and to track your post-licensing education progress. Remember, failure to complete post-licensing requirements and renew your license before your initial renewal period ends renders your license Null and Void. And we don’t want that!

Yes. As an active real estate licensee affiliated with Mint Brokerage LLC, you will need to maintain a fully valid license. If you fail to complete your 14 CE credit hours and renew your license every 2 years, your license will be placed on inactive status by DBPR, and your affiliation with Mint Brokerage LLC will cease.

Each real estate licensee needs 14 credits of continuing education after their initial renewal cycle: 3 hours of Core Law, 3 hours of Ethics, and 8 speciality hours. You can track your progress by logging into your at www.MyFloridaLicense.com.
