Agent Stella helps Marcie sell her home for $500,000. because you are on the Flourish plan, you receive a check for $3,750 after closing.

Simple as that!

$500,000 x 3% (assuming a 3% Listing Agent commission) = $15,000

$15,000 x 25% referral fee = $3,750
