Mint Refer is a real estate referral brokerage licensed in Florida and North Carolina (d/b/a Mint Brokerage LLC). Our referral agents submit their leads to be matched with hand-pick, top notch Realtors®, and are paid a referral fee when the transaction closes.

Yes. You must have a current, valid real estate salesperson, broker associate, or broker (or equivalent) license to join Mint Refer.

Mint Refer is currently accepting real estate referral agents licensed in Florida and North Carolina (d/b/a Mint Brokerage LLC) with more states coming soon!

No. As long as you are licensed in Florida or North Carolina, you are good to go! Just be sure we have your current mailing address on file, and to keep it updated with the Florida Real Estate Commission and/or the North Carolina Real Estate Commission.

No. Mint Refer operates as a real estate referral agency. While you are free to act as a referral agent while hanging your license with Mint Refer, you will not be able to work with clients in any other capacity.

No. Mint Refer operates as a real estate referral agency, and is not a member of any local, state, or national REALTOR® associations, nor any MLS. But look at it this way… no MLS means no MLS fees!

Nope! Unlike some other referral agencies, Mint Refer does not charge a transaction fee on ANY transactions.
